All vehicle are available for sales on "As-is Where-is" basis. Torque Autos Pte Ltd. buys vehicles from Japanese auction or reliable sellers on the same "As-is Where-is" basis. To facilitate Torque Autos Pte Ltd. also upload 20 photos for each car once it is transported to our yard. The vehicle Exterior / Interior grades are shown on the detail page for the selected unit. Therefore, Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will not accept any claim regarding possible faults and defects, whether minor or major, after the shipment. Buyer must check the photos carefully and consult sales staff in case of any doubt or confusion before making the final deal,.

Radio/cassette player, telephone, navigation system, CD changer, or any components of those systems; non-original equipment parts, components or accessories.

No claim will be accepted if shipment is delayed or canceled due to shipping line' or shipping agent's shipping re-scheduling. In case of delayed shipment.

Torque Autos Pte Ltd. shows the images of the vehicle right after it enters into the yard. Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will not be responsible if damage occurs during the shipment or after the shipment. Customer can request for insurance to cover any possible loses at additional cost.

No claim if the accessories shown in photos at time of purchase are stolen at yard, during the shipment or port of destination.

Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will compensate the buyer if the purchased vehicle is canceled by Torque Autos Pte Ltd. (Excluding vehicles with faulty engine /transmission, vehicles that fail Inspection, or are contaminated with radiation).
If the Buyer fails to purchase a vehicle or the True Report is not delivered to the Buyer, the deposit might be refunded within 14 days after the Buyer submits a written request through email, fax, or WhatsApp or the buyer might also offer the customer an alternate vehicle with the same specs as the one they desire.

The amount payable to the Seller will be reduced by the bank transfer costs and any additional funds owed to the Seller. The balance will be reimbursed to the Buyer's bank account that the Seller has on reference.
The Seller will not be liable for any delays or losses caused by exchange rate changes, bank charges applied by the Buyer's bank, or the Buyer's refusal to provide the Seller with accurate remitting account data.

The customer is required to pay the remaining balance as soon as possible. The Balance for a given invoice must be paid in full within 72 hours of the invoice's issuing date. Any payment received beyond 72 hours is declared as a late payment. Late payments may result in additional fees or penalties and it's not negotiable. Torque Autos Pte Ltd. is permitted to issue further invoices to collect these fees or penalties. In the event of a delayed due balance, Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will pursue legal action both inside and beyond the jurisdiction.

Late payments result in additional charges and parking charges in the yard. The Customer will be charged these additional yard parking costs by Torque Autos Pte Ltd..

We do not accept TT copies, screenshots, or any other evidence of payment documents. It is only acknowledged received when actual money has arrived in the Sanuki bank account and we send an email confirmation to the customer.

The customer will be informed of the payment delay by their sales representative. If there has been not settle the payment for a long time, Torque Autos Pte Ltd. may determine to sell the unit or resell it as its own.

PayPal has the right to prohibit, postpone, or cancel money transfers at any time. Therefore, the customer is responsible for any PayPal costs. When using PayPal, the customer must notify the sales representative by inwritten that a transfer has been made. Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will confirm PayPal transactions only during accountancy working hours, and depending on the accountancy workload, it may take some time to update.

Bank Telegraphic Transfers (TT) may arbitrarily suspend, postpone, or cancel the customer's bank or the intermediate bank. The customer is responsible for all compliance with applicable by the customer's bank and the intermediate bank.

If somehow the customer makes a TT transfer, the customer must inform their sales representative inwritten. The customer must provide the name of the account from which the funds are being transferred and the exact figure transferred. A scanned copy of the TT transfer voucher or receipt should be sent by the customer.

Torque Autos Pte Ltd. exclusively accepts payments to its official PayPal addresses, Credit Card, and Bank accounts, all of which are listed on the Torque Autos Pte Ltd. Website. Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will not accept any transfers made to non-official PayPal addresses or Credit Card or bank accounts.

Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will not accept any claim if vehicle is damaged during the container shipment.

Once the vessel has departed form Japan Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will not accept any claim for damage arising due to delay at sea.

Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will not charge for amendments to client if mistake is made by Torque Autos Pte Ltd.. Torque Autos Pte Ltd. will charge the buyer if mistake over the B/L is due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
